The NFRN Helpline is there for general member enquiries including:
Wholesaler/publisher issues:
- Wholesaler service problems
- Publisher complaints
Commercial retail support of you:
- need contact with a suppler
- want advice on developing your shop
General Enquiries:
- if you need a call from your RDM
- If you are interested in being part of the Model Shop Programme
- For Mutual Insurance queries
If in doubt ring the Helpline on any matter and they will direct your call.
