The NFRN Helpline is there for general member enquiries including:

 Wholesaler/publisher issues:

  • Wholesaler service problems
  • Publisher complaints

 Commercial retail support of you:

  • need contact with a suppler
  • want advice on developing your shop

 General Enquiries:

  • if you need a call from your RDM
  • If you are interested in being part of the Model Shop Programme
  • For Mutual Insurance queries

 

If in doubt ring the Helpline on any matter and they will direct your call.
