The NFRN Helpline gives members immediate access to advisors for help and guidance on a range of issues including wholesaler problems and publisher complaints. By phoning the Helpline members can report late deliveries, shortages or credit queries.

Information is also available on store and business development opportunities such as NewsproStore2Door and the Model Shop Programme and the team of advisors can put members in touch with commercial deals and provide helhttps://www.nfrnonline.com/grow/news-mags/nfrn-newspro/p with basic legislation and health and safety.

Members can also use the Helpline to request a visit from their local retail development manager.
